Free Time Is Out of Stock and Will Be Dispatched Upon Arrival
After my mini breakdown things have been a lot better. We finished training, I've been on the phones and I've been finding it a perfectly do-able job. Admittedly there are still things I don't know how to do (so in my downtime between calls I just sit and wait, rather than having to do vetting or indexing, 'cos I don't know how they're done!). So that's all good. I even won the daily raffle today for hitting my calls per hour target, which was nice! Our team is a bit chocolate obsessed and, like small children, our team leader organises a daily raffle to reward us for doing our jobs, which is both incredibly patronising, and fun!At the weekend we went to visit my brother 'cos it was his birthday, and that was really nice. We played a bit of Guitar Hero again, until it was time for me to have my meds and a bit of a sitdown before I drove us home. Yes, I drove! I don't like driving in the dark though, I find that very unpleasant and all the concentration is very draining. Anyway, it was great fun to see Stu again, it's a shame we live so far apart that we can't hang out anymore.
In the evening Sharon had a pagan meeting, and there was both a full moon and a total lunar eclipse. Oddly the pagans, for whom the moon should most highly venerated, had no idea that this was happening, so she was home in plenty of time for us to watch the Earth's shadow process across the moons face until it was in total shadow, whereupon it turned a lovely blood red. And there was even a shooting star, to make the event perfect.
Sunday we went to visit Sharon's sister and her hubbie, which was also pretty fun. Alan has lots of toys (I got to play on his Xbox360 quite a bit), but he also has a fair few computers which I seem to have accidentally become the technical support officer for. To tell the truth it's nice to deal with PC problems that are easy to solve (unlike mine!), and it's nice to be able to help.
I was absolutely exhausted by the end of last night though, and whilst today has been a good day at work for me, I feel drained. Sadly Sharon's had a shitty day at work, so I've got some things to try and prepare a special meal to cheer her up. She should be home pretty soon too, so I'd better get started!

Detecting a distinct shift in name...
Free time is back-ordered now, too? I've been waiting long enough for just my rice cooker : /
